Directions
1. Aseptically add 10.0 ml of sterile distilled water to 1 vial.
2. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and pour in petriplates.
3. Add 1 vial to 1.0 liter media - Fraser Broth Base (37593)
