Description
Lambda DNA-digested with HindIII and EcoRI is a ready-to load preparation and supplied as 1 mcg DNA / 10 mcl . HindIII, EcoRI double digestion of lambda DNA generates 12 fragments (in kb) 21.2, 5.1, 4.9, 4.2, 3.5, 2.0, 1.9, 1.5, 1.3, 0.9, 0.8, and 0.5.
