Directions
1. Add 63.40 gm powder to distilled/purified water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 litre and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Do not Autoclave or Overheat the medium.
5. Swirl the flask while dispensing into sterile petri plates.
