Directions
1. Rehydrate the content of 1 vial aseptically with 2.5 ml of 50.0% v/v aqueos ethanol.
2. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, cooled (45-50°C) Bolton Broth Base (32445).
3. Aseptically ,add 25 ml of sterile lysed defibrinated horse blood. Mix well and dispense as desired.
