Directions
1. Aseptically add 2 ml of sterile distilled water to 1 vial
2. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and pour in petriplates.
3. Add 2 ml (1 vial) of Perfringens T.S.C. Supplement to 475 ml of Perfringens Agar Base (T.S.C./S.F.C.) along with 25 ml of egg yolk emulsion.
4. Add 2 ml (1 vial) of Perfringens T.S.C. Supplement in 500 ml of Perfringens Agar Base, Tryptose Cycloserine Dextrose Agar Base, Tryptose Sulphite Cycloserine Agar, Egg Yolk Free T.S.C.Agar Base.
