Directions
1. Add 30.41 gm powder to 1.0 litre distilled/purified water.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. Cool tubes in slanted position.
5. Add sufficient amount of Enterococcus Confirmatory Broth to cover half of the slant,if desired.
