Application
Paraffin Yellow is part of the paraffin wax family, it is a mixture of hydrocarbons containing between 20-40 carbon atoms that are derived out of petroleum extractions. Paraffin yellow is also known as yellow petroleum jelly. It is a yellow, odourless, tasteless waxy solid which is used in lubrication and histology applications.
