Directions
1. Aseptically add 2 ml of sterile distilled water to 1 vial.
2. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and dispense as desired.
3. Add 2 ml (1 vial) of Kanamycin sulphate selective supplement to 500 ml of Kanamycin Esculin Azide Agar base or Kanamycin Esculin Azide Broth Base.
