Directions
1. Add 50.00 gms powder to 1.0 liter distilled/deinozed water.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. Cool to 45-50°C and if desired,aseptically, add 10.0% Lactic acid solution (24806 ) to make pH 3.0 / 4.0.
