Description
The set consists of 100mM aqueous solutions of ATP, UTP, CTP and GTP at pH 7.5 as sodium salts each supplied in a separate vial. Since the nucleotides are provided separately, the NTP Set offers maximum flexibility in preparation of reaction mixes for different applications. The set is free of Dnase, Rnase, Protease and Nicking activity.
