Directions
1. Add 41.65 gm powder to distilled/purified water.
2. Bring volume to 500.0 ml and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
5. If desired, dispense aseptically contents of one vial of MRSA Selective Supplement and Cefoxitin Supplement.
6. Mix well and pour into sterile plates.
