Directions
1. Add 51.05 gm powder to 980 ml of distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Do NOT Autoclave.
4. Add 20.0 ml of 95.0% ethanol.
5. Dispense 4.0 - 6.0 ml quantities into preferably 60 mm petri plates.
Note: Avoid exposure of plates to direct sunlight.
