Description
An excellent tool to purify plasmid DNA from bacterial cultures swiftly. Based on the DNA binding to silica-based membranes in chaotropic salts. The Kit shortens the handling time to about 30 min. The high quality plasmid DNA can be used directly for any downstream applications.
