Description
Lambda DNA is a double stranded linear DNA of 48,502 base pairs in length. It is isolated from bacteriophage Lambda. The Lambda Phage is a bacterial virus (bacteriophage), that infects the bacterial species E. coli. The phage is isolated from the heat inducible lysogen E. coli strain.
