Directions
1. Add 1.637 gm powder to distilled/purified water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Note : For marine species make a solution of 10 g/L sodium chloride and 1 µg/L Vitamin B12 Add 20 ml of this solution (sterile-filtered) to 1 litre medium.
