Directions
1. Add 28.00gm powder to distilled/purified water.
2. Bring volume to 1 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat ad bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
5. Cool to 45-50°C.
6. If desired, aspetically add sterile 5.0 -10.0% defibrinated blood.
