Directions
1. Add 89.5gm of MKTTn in 1 .0 liter of distilled/purified water.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Do not Autoclave.
4. Cool to 45 - 50°C. Immediately before use, aseptically add 20 ml of iodine solution (20 grams iodine and 25 grams potassium iodide in 100 ml sterile distilled water) along with rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Novobiocin MKTT Supplement (31601).
5. Mix well to disperse calcium carbonate uniformly before dispensing in sterile tubes.
