Description
This PCR Ladder has been designed to cover the most common range encountered in PCR amplifications. The range is represented by aesthetically pleasing ladder of five bands (50, 150, 300, 500 and 800 bp) that separate uniformly. The ladder has been carefully prepared under sterile conditions and stored in 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 1.0mM EDTA and 0.1 mg Sodium Azide.
