Applications
For the selective isolotaion of Aeromonas species.
Ingredients
Ampicillin
10.0mg/vial
Directions
1. Aseptically add 5.0ml of sterile distilled water to 1 vial.
2. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and pour in petriplates.
3. In the following 1000ml media, add 5.0ml.
Media Used:-
SA Agar Base, M-Aeromonas Selective Agar Base, Aeromonas Starch DNA Agar Base.
