The correlation coefficient for the standard curve must be ±0.99. The slope of the standard curve must be between -3.2 and --3.8.
Cycle Threshold
At least 3 of 4 NTC reactions must yield Ct values >= 35. Average Ct for 10 copies of human genomic DNA must be <= 35.

No DNA degradation seen when incubated overnight with the Master mix.

Description
This 2X master mix is a convenient prepmix used for real-time PCR. Contains all components except for primer, template and water. This reagent is applicable for intercalation assay with FluroGreen dye which is similar to SYBR Green I with CAR reference dye at a final concentration of 50nM.
