Description
Lambda HindIII Marker is supplied as a ready-to- load preparation that contains ~1mcg /10 mcl . HindIII digestion of lambda DNA generates eight fragments (in kb) 23.1, 9.4, 6.5, 4.3, 2.3, 2.0, 0.5 and 0.1. If a UV transilluminator with low sensitivity is used for detecting the DNA marker, visualizing the smallest fragments (0.5 and 0.1 kb) might require a 20mcl load.
