Directions
1. Add 60.00 gm powder to 1.0 litre distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. Cool to 45-50 °C and aseptically add 10ml of 1% TTC solution (55052).
5. Mix well and dispense into sterile test tubes.
