10X Roseate PCR Buffer (with MgCl2) is recommended for all PCR applications with Taq DNA Polymerase (both recombinant and native)
Application
Ready-to-use reagent having two tracking dyes along with the buffer, MgCl2, Taq Polymerase & dNTP. After PCR, sample can be loaded directly on to the agarose gel for electrophoresis.
