Directions
1. Aseptically add 2ml of sterile 0.2N Sodium Hydroxide to 1 vial.
2. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and pour in petriplates.
3. Add 2 ml (1 vial) of supplement to 500 ml of Pseudomonas Agar Base (I) (90912).
