Directions
1. Add 34.40 gm powder to 500 ml distilled/purified water.
2. Gently heat and bring to boil.
3. Autoclave at 15 psi at 121° C for 15 minutes.
4. Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically add rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Listeria Selective Supplement (PALCAM) (90345).
5. Mix well.
