Directions
1. Add 44.0gm powder to 1.0 liter distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Add rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Vitamin K1 supplement (34326) .
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
5. Cool to 45-50°C.
6.Aseptically add 5.0% v/v sterile defibrinated sheep blood.
7. Mix well and dispense into sterile petri plates.
