Description
The new range of DNA markers are specially prepared as ready-to-load fluorescent markers. The flurobronze Hi range DNA marker contains in addition to the tracking dye, a non-carcinogenic nucleic acid stain. The marker should be loaded onto an agaorse gel (of appropriate concentration) containing no fluorescent dye. This marker range is useful for experiments involving mega plasmids or genomic analysis.Hi range DNA Marker is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 2000 to 25,000 base pairs.
