Organisms:
1. Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29212.
2. Escherichia coli ATCC 25922.
Directions :
1. Add 41.50 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Do not autoclave.
5. Cool to 45-50 C and dispense into sterile petri plates.
Application:-
For the detection and enumeration of enterococci by membrane filtration method. |
