Directions :
1.Add 35.00 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2.Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3.Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4.Adjust pH to 4.8.
5.Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.

Applications :
For the selective isolation, cultivation and maintenance of pathogenic fungi.
