4.Pseudomonas cepacia ATCC 25609
Directions :
1.Add 10.0 gm glycerol to distilled/deionized water.
2.Add 38.0 gm powder to above solution.
3.Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
4.Gently heat and bring to boiling.
5.Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Applications :
For the cultivation and observation of fluorescein production in Pseudomonas species. |
