Directions :
1.Add 25.0 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2.Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3.Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121�C for 15 minutes.
Applications :
Used for nutritive medium for mass cultivation of bacteria for vaccine production. |
